This is a small basement utility area in Summertown, Oxfordshire. We removed all the old makeshift utility equipment and units, then replaced them with new and stylish ones.

This house in Faringdon, Oxon, is approximately 375 years old, and there isn't a straight wall or floor anywhere. As a result, this Howdens kitchen needed to be cut and adjusted considerably, and the layout was totally changed to make the best use of space.

This was a 100% bathroom makeover at a property in Lechlade, just on the edge of the Cotswolds. We completely removed the old, dated bathroom suite, replaced all the plumbing, added extra floor joists to stop the bounce in the floor and support the new bath. We also built a stud wall to create a walk-in shower area and installed a wall-hung sink. A 5-star hotel look, if I do say so myself! The customer was delighted.

This was a total bathroom renovation in Abingdon, Oxford. The old bathroom fixtures were removed, the rough walls were plastered, and all new items were fitted. Working with the customer to choose the color scheme, the bathroom took shape with great results.

This is another complete bathroom re-fit in Lechlade. We installed the tray at floor level, with all pipes set under the floorboards to create a walk-in shower. A wall-hung basin was added, and we completely wrapped all four walls and the floor in porcelain tiles, creating a wet-room style bathroom.

This is a shower room we did in a flat above a shop in Faringdon. The building is approximately 400 years old. Originally, there was just a toilet and hand basin in this small space, but when we removed the items, we realized we had to address the rotting floor joists. By doing that, we discovered a bit more space behind a false wall, so the decision was made to fit in a shower too. New electrics and plumbing were added to accommodate this addition. The entire room had to be caged in a studwork frame, as the original woodwork and brickwork were in bad shape, but now it’s a solid room that will last for years to come.

This bathroom in Wantage, Oxfordshire, was of our design, as the customer trusted us to make the decisions regarding the layout and item choices. She was out of the country a lot, so she was unable to be a part of the process. We relocated the toilet and basin, and at the customer’s request, we removed the bath altogether, making room for a generous-sized walk-in shower. The floor is 100% waterproof LVF. The end result is a crisp and modern place to wash.

This is an entire 200-year-old cottage in Faringdon that we completely renovated from top to bottom. Basically, every wall and ceiling was redone with a mix of wood, plaster, and stone. This was done to create a nice rental income for the client.

This 370-year-old property in Bampton, Oxford, has had a lot of work done by us throughout. In this photo, we replaced all the old, mismatched windows with UPVC sash windows that closely match those that were once in the property years ago. We also color-matched the paint to paint the wooden exposed beams and barn door at the side, then finished the window edges with a matching lime-based mortar rather than silicone to maintain the correct look.

This is the exterior of the 200-year-old cottage we renovated in Faringdon, as mentioned before. We replaced the UPVC windows and doors at the front and rear, adding warmth, security, and soundproofing to this small roadside property.
